FOOD POISONING WITH MEAT:

How to decrease the risk?

  • Thoroughly wash all surfaces and dishes before and after preparing it for meal.

  • Store raw meat separately from all other cooked dishes

  • Check the expiry date before using meat ore meat products.

  • Store frozen meat at -18°C. Pork, lamb and beef should not be stored for more than 8, 10 and 12 months, respectively
